Harassment and Abuse

BE KIND AND RESPECTFUL. Users who engage in harassment will be subject to immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

Illegal Content and Activities

The following types of content and activities are strictly prohibited:

• Items that violate intellectual property rights, including unauthorized reproductions
• Controlled substances, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosive materials

Adult Content Restriction

PurgeAndSell is intended to be a family-friendly marketplace. The following are prohibited:

Account and Listing Management

PurgeAndSell reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or terminate user access without prior notice for violations of these terms. We may take action based on:

• Repeated policy violations or complaints from other users
• Suspected illegal activity or abuse of the platform

No Warranties Regarding Listed Items

PurgeAndSell makes no statement or warranty regarding any item listed on this site. All items are listed by individual users, and we do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of item descriptions, condition, authenticity, functionality, or value. Buyers participate in transactions entirely at their own risk. Buyer beware - you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any purchase.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PurgeAndSell, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of the service or violation of these Terms of Service
• Your breach of any representation, warranty, covenant, or agreement made in these terms

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account or these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that PurgeAndSell has the right to seek damages from you when you use the service in a manner that violates these terms, and that such damages may be irreparable.
